This delightful Victorian Terrace with a lovely homely and warm feel to it is situated just a few minutes walk away from Dartmouth town centre and harbour. It has been newly furnished throughout and offers a charming home from home, from which to enjoy your holiday.

This beautifully cosy living room with bay window is attractively and very comfortably furnished with settees, coffee table, TV/DVD and gas fire. Natural varnished pine floors with scatter rug and pine furniture all add to the charm.

The kitchen is fully fitted with modern units. The kitchen has a full size gas cooker with oven, grill, extractor fan, microwave and large fridge freezer. Kitchen table and chairs to seat 6 and a heater are also provided.

A newly fitted light and bright bathroom has a full size bath with a shower, hand basin, toilet, heated towel rails, heater and mirrored cabinet.

There is a washing machine/tumble dryer for your use in a recessed area.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed, chest of drawers, fitted wardrobes, dressing table, TV/Video, bedside tables and lamps.

Bedroom 2 has two single beds, which can be fitted together to form a double if required. There is also a pine wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and a lamp. A black out curtain is available to stop the morning sunshine waking you (or the kids) too early!

All main rooms have natural varnished pine floors with attractive Peruvian and Egyptian rugs to add to the warmth and charm. The house also has its own car parking space a short distance away from the house.

There is a small courtyard at the rear of the house with table and chairs, and a barbeque for those sunny evenings.
